Welcome to Nexook! This guide will walk you through the process of setting up your expert account and getting verified to start offering your services on our platform.
Step 1: Sign Up
Visit nexook.com and click "Sign Up"
Select "Join as an Expert"
Choose your sign-up method:
Email and password
Google account
Complete the basic registration form with your name and email
Verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox
Step 2: Complete Your Profile
Once your email is verified, you'll need to complete your expert profile:
Personal Information
Upload a professional profile photo (headshot recommended)
Enter your full name as you want it to appear to clients
Provide your phone number for further account verification
Professional Background
Select your area(s) of expertise from the available categories
Enter your professional title (e.g., "Executive Coach," "Financial Advisor")
Add your years of experience in your field
Bio and Description
Write a compelling bio (250-500 words recommended)
Highlight your unique approach and expertise
Mention your typical clients and the problems you help solve
Services
Create specific services you wish to promote
List what your clients will get from booking the promoted service
Described the outcomes your clients can expect from booking your service
Account Verification
Nexook verifies experts through email authentication. This basic verification confirms your identity and helps maintain platform security.
Email Verification
Check your inbox for the verification email from Nexook
Click the "Verify Email" button in the email
If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or request a new verification email from your account settings

Before activating your profile:
Preview your profile as clients will see it (click on top of the screen 'Public profile')
Check for any incomplete sections or errors
Ensure your calendar availability is correct
Verify your payment information is set up
Once everything is complete, toggle your profile status to "Active" to start receiving booking requests.
