How to Book a Session - Clients

Step-by-step guide to finding experts, booking sessions, completing payment, and preparing for your appointment on the Nexook platform.

Ready to connect with a Nexook expert? This guide will walk you through the simple process of booking a session that fits your schedule and needs.

Booking Your Session

  1. On the expert's profile, click on their availability calendar

  2. Select your preferred date on the calendar

  3. Choose an available time slot

  4. Select the session duration (if multiple options are available)

  5. Click "Confirm"

  6. Review the session details and total cost

  7. Complete payment to confirm your booking

Payment Process

  1. Review the session details and costs

  2. Enter your card details

  3. Click "Pay Now" to complete your booking

After Booking

Once your booking is confirmed:

  1. You'll receive a confirmation email with session details

  2. If you have a Nexook account, the session will appear in your "Upcoming Calls" dashboard

  3. You'll receive reminder notifications as the session date approaches

Preparing for Your Session

To make the most of your session:

  1. Check your email for any pre-session questionnaires or materials from the expert

  2. Test your device, camera, and microphone before the session

  3. Find a quiet space where you won't be interrupted

  4. Prepare any questions or topics you want to discuss

  5. Join the session 5 minutes early to ensure everything is working properly

Session Attendance Policy

  • A 10-minute grace period applies from the scheduled start time

  • If you're unable to attend, please reschedule or cancel according to our Sesscion Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Missing a session without proper cancellation is considered a no-show and may affect your refund eligibility
