Rescheduling a Session as a Client

Learn how to reschedule your session, understanding the 24-hour policy, one-time free reschedule benefit, and what to do if you miss the reschedule window.

Plans change, and we understand that you might occasionally need to reschedule a session. This guide explains how to reschedule a session on Nexook and the policies that apply.

Rescheduling Policy Overview

  • Clients may reschedule a session once at no additional cost

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled session time

  • After the 24-hour cutoff, rescheduling is not allowed, and the standard Session Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy applies

  • The new session time must be selected from the expert's available time slots

How to Reschedule a Session

  1. Log in to your Nexook account

  2. Navigate to your Bookings

    • Click on "Bookings" in the main navigation menu

    • Select the "Upcoming" tab to view your scheduled sessions

  3. Select the session to reschedule

    • Find the session you need to change

    • Click on the session to view its details

  4. Initiate rescheduling

    • Click the "Reschedule" button on the session details page

    • If the button is grayed out, you may be within the 24-hour cutoff period

  5. Select a new time

    • Browse the expert's availability calendar

    • Choose a new date and time slot that works for you

  6. Confirm your changes

    • Review the new session details

    • Click "Confirm Reschedule" to finalize the change

  7. Receive confirmation

    • You'll see a success message on screen

    • You'll receive an email confirming your rescheduled session

    • The expert will be notified of the change

Important Timing Considerations

  • More than 24 hours before the session: You can reschedule once at no cost

  • Less than 24 hours before the session: Rescheduling is not available; cancellation policy applies

  • After using your one free reschedule: Any further changes will be treated as a cancellation and new booking

Rescheduling Limitations

  • You can only reschedule each session once

  • The new time must be within the expert's available slots

  • You cannot change the session duration when rescheduling

  • You cannot change to a different expert when rescheduling

If You Can't Reschedule Online

If you're having trouble rescheduling through the platform:

  1. Contact support@nexook.com with your session ID

  2. Include "Session Rescheduling Request" in the subject line

  3. Provide your preferred new date and time options

  4. Our support team will assist you as soon as possible
